• You are providing instructions to Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC to access information in your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion for a period of 24 months following this loan offer request.
• You authorize Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC to initiate a “soft pull” of your credit, which will not affect your credit score;
• Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC may use this information to conduct a pre-qualification for credit offers for any financial products and services offered on the Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC platform, send you invitations to apply for, or make follow up loan offers from Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC or lenders we’ve partnered with, and if you choose to proceed with a loan offer, to pre-fill your loan application and/or contract;
• Rapid Financing AI Technologies LLC may also use this information for its internal modeling and analysis; and
• You may withdraw your consent for us to pull your credit at any time by emailing us at info@rapidfi.ai understanding payment plan may not be available.
